37years old unmarried female with c/o of abnormal uterine bleeding pattern .USG Showed mutlpile uterine fibroids - 10*8cm left sided fundal fibroid, 5*5cm rt lateral subserosal fibroid, multiple anterior wall 5*4, 4*3 cm fibroids. Total 6fibroids were removed laprascopically and using morcellation. Fertility preserving surgery was done.
